Wolves and Liverpool are showing interest in Toulouse starlet Jean-Clair Todibo, according to reports.Todibo, the defender, has quickly established himself as a key player for the Ligue 1 club, having only made his senior debut at the beginning of the season.1

Todibo’s rise to fame has been rapid

The 18-year-old was drafted into Toulouse’s first-team as a replacement for Issa Diop, their former captain, who left for West Ham over the summer.Todibo had big boots to fill, but clearly he is doing a fine job as the teenager is now the subject of interest from Premier League pair Wolves and Liverpool. La Depeche claim Ligue 1 giants Lyon, as well as RB Leipzig of Germany, have also been keeping tabs on Todibo, who has 10 starts to his name at the heart of Toulouse’s defence.All the parties showing interest in Todibo will be available to start talking with the youngster over a move at the start of the new year, as he has yet to sign his first professional contract with Toulouse.He has been offered a deal by his current side, but the 18-year-old is yet to put pen to paper and remains undecided over his future.
